Please Note:Hearing aids must be received in working order to be programmed. Hearing aids not received in good working order will be returned, unprogrammed, and a refund will be issued, minus return shipping charges. If we can repair the hearing aid for you, there will be a separate charge and keep a open line of communication with you.
